  3. BUDGET MANAGER has passwords to
  4. help preserve the privacy of your
  5. finances. By default, the password is
  6. "Password". If you never change the
  7. password, that will automatically give you
  8. access to all your files.

  10. If you do change your password (using
  11. 'Change Password' under 'File'), BUDGET
  12. MANAGER will prompt you for the
  13. password on the file CURRENT.BGT when
  14. it begins. It will then use that password on
  15. all files until you change it. If you open an
  16. old file with a different password, it will
  17. prompt you for the password on that file.
  18. (Remember that the default is Password).
  19. If you do not know a password and press
  20. 'Cancel', BUDGET MANAGER erases the
  21. information from memory (but it is still on
  22. the disk). DO NOT FORGET YOUR
  23. PASSWORD! There is no way to read a
  24. file if you do not know the password. Note
  25. that the password is case sensitive, so
  26. that "Password", "password", and
  27. "PASSWORD" are all different.
